I’m Richard Williams, PMHNP-BC, a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, I bring a seasoned, thoughtful, and patient-centered approach to psychiatric care.

At Mind Culture Partners, I believe meaningful treatment begins with a strong therapeutic partnership. The foundation of my practice is the relationship formed between provider and patient: one built on trust, respect, collaboration, and a shared 

commitment to your goals. 

Psychiatric care is never one-size-fits-all, and I work to ensure that each treatment plan is individualized, clinically sound, and responsive to the realities of your life.

My approach is warm, attentive, and evidence-based. I aim to create an environment where patients feel heard, respected, and understood while also receiving careful psychiatric assessment and thoughtful treatment planning. I value clarity, professionalism, and open communication, and I strive to make the treatment process feel both supportive and grounded.

As a member of the gay community, I also bring lived experience that may be meaningful to patients seeking affirming, culturally informed care. I am committed to providing a welcoming and nonjudgmental space for all patients, with a special commitment to supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Originally from Mississippi, I now live in New Hampshire with my partner and our dog, Parker. That combination of Southern roots, long experience in healthcare, and life in New England has shaped an approach that is both approachable and grounded.
